. HOLD POLICY: Please take into consideration that your fish will be on hold for 7 days until your payment is received. If for some reason your payment does not arrive, the fish may go back up for sale unless we are contacted with a reason otherwise. Unfortunately people order fish and after days end up changing their minds, so please take this into consideration. Thank you
 

Once you have chosen your fish from our stock pages, please contact us by e-mail with the colour and fish information under each picture and we will put them on hold for one week and payments can be made by paypal or money order. Paypal is now up and working!

For shipping, the fish will be double bagged and the box will have styrofoam walls to keep the fish nice and cozy. Heatpacks are available if needed.
 
 We can do priority but suggest 1-2 day delivery to major city with Express Canada Post. (Unfortunately we cannot get an Overnight Shipping service in our area, so if there is a DOA case we will look work it out) If a DOA were to happen, you should take a picture of the original bag with the label and send it to us within the next 24 hours.
 
We will try to do our best to accommodate your  fish for their trip.
 Canada Post Express has proven itself to be the best option for us with no DOA's to this point.
Shipping is approximately $20.00-$30.00(Maritimes, Ontario and Quebec) and approximately $35.00-$40.00 for the Western Provinces. That includes handling and material fees unless a heatpack is needed(additional $3.50) If you would like exact shipping, please email us your postal code.
